One very hot balmy morning last August we pulled up at Rhinefield House situated in the beautiful New Forest, Hampshire, with a van full of absolute PRETTY. When I say pretty I mean a van stuffed full of every shade of pink imaginable!!!
Our couple chose to celebrate their day in the Groom’s home county, and they traveled over from their forever home in Shanghai to tie the knot. The ceremony area was situated in Rhinefield House’s stunning formal gardens, and we got to work on the Greek inspired dome pavilion to create a floral backdrop. To line the aisle we created gorgeous garden-growing ‘meadows’ which led up to the dome, helping to frame the area.
Inside the main hall we re-purposed the meadows after the ceremony , lining the huge windowsill behind the top table which helped to create a real backdrop. I loved the simplicity of the bud vases filled with garden roses dotted along the top table and with pink dinner candles to finish the tables off, the whole room looked so colourful and inviting.
Among the flowers we used were lots of lovely Dahlias, Garden roses, Grasses, Japanese Anemone, Hydrangea, Cosmos, Limonium, Stocks and Ammi. Thanks to local growers West End Flower Farm and the Real Flower Company for the amazing blooms.
Thanks to Emma Moore Photography for the lovely images
